Winning and Losing both are a part of the game. You can either win or learn from it by losing.
When you win, the whole world can see your victory and there is no need to explain to anyone the efforts it took you to win because people always see the glory not the pain behind it. Similarly, if you lose in a game, don't explain to people why you lost it because no one is interested in knowing the backstory or you were just close to victory but lost it because of some reason, it will often come as an excuse and that will become a habit. When you start complaining or giving excuses that why something didn't happen, you don't take the responsibility for changing yourself.
