What is Law of Attraction? And how to make it work in your favour for a happy life

This theory of Law of Attraction states that you attract and manifest what you are. The way you behave, think, believe will be attracted in your life. If you think positive, you attract more optimism. Similarly if you remain angry, anxious, irritated, doomed, the same will be attracted by you more in return. In a way, the win is in our hands as we already know the route of grabbing the kind of life we want, which is by applying the law of attraction theory. This might seem like some magic from the Hogwarts! But there are scientific reasons behind the power that human thoughts have of bringing effects in oneself and the environment around.

You just need the right way of execution to make this theory work, just like you need the correct spell for magic.


Be clear about your desires

You need to be specific to yourself about what your heart desires. You can ask for prosperity, good health, love or happiness, just have a clarity of the details. For instance, 'I want a big house wherein I'll have French windows and endless greenery in the house and in my small garden too.' you need to have clear desires as such. Know your desires precisely.


Visualize your desires

Once you know the desires you want to see manifested in your life, visualize them. When you want a car, visualize open broad roads and you driving your dream car with the gentle winds gushing through hair. The breeze and the rays kissing your face. Give your desires not only words but also faces. They say ‘Fake it until you make it’, visualize whatever you want from the universe and it will one day come out of your visualizations and be the truth.

Believe in it

Your notions show immense effects in you and the environment. And it won't be wrong, if I say that this is the crux of Law of Attraction. Have strong beliefs for whatever you want in life.

Let us have a comprehensible picture of something very important. Well, not only your strong beliefs decide the result for you but also other's beliefs affect. For say, Mr.Kapoor wants a contract badly however Mr.Smith also desires the same for the same contract. So now the result will go in the favour of the one who believes the strongest in their desire to get the contract. Assuming some other case, Sameera longs to get admission in the college of architecture. Sadly at the same time her father desires her to not get admission in that college as he wants her to pursue engineering. It will be like a clash between desires from both the ends and the strongest belief will win. Your fight of believing is not only with yourself but also with others.

Moreover, believing in your desires can change the whole game. You visualize your desires confidently but subconsciously also think that this might not work for you, THAT’S IT. This is the moment you lose in the Law of attraction working for you. Do not doubt your beliefs.


Use the right words

'I don't want to lose' instead 'I want to win' is what should be used. Both are similar however the former emits pessimism whereas the latter is full of positivity. So make sure that whenever you happen to put down your desires and visualizations into words, keep them positive.


Practice gratitude

Golden words remember? Thank you doesn't only work for human but also for whatever universe provides you. Practice gratitude and keep thanking for whatever you have got until now, irrespective of you asked for it or not.
