When we were kids, you and me. We used to say yes for things we liked. No second thoughts. We used to jump right in. And end up in mud and dirt, wounds and rubble, laughter and giggles. I think that's what life looks like. Happiness wrapped in imperfect impulsiveness.
Today we're adults, you and me. Now we don't always say yes, we rarely say yes. Second thoughts have became primary. Now we don't jump because we need our legs for going to work and we need safety for sanity of our mind. And we end up, cushioned against safety, tucked aways from danger or uncertainty, still wounded and still stuck in the rubble, sorrow and tears. I'm sure this isn't what life looks like.
So, let's go get our childhood back!
Let's live life one yes at a time!
