Words are boiling in your mind and you let it all out at once. Blop blop blop and in seconds something is completely burnt or you walk through the doorway close your room and smash your hands against the wall or you close yourself completely, just before an important test, performance, lecture. A few minutes after, you don't recognise yourself. You question why you did what you did. Anger blocks you from your true self.
Next time, you could do this instead. Block yourself against anger. Breathe deeply untill it stops hurting. Drink water, or paint or write to listen to your favourite song. Block yourself from anger and bring yourself closer to what makes you YOU.
Because indeed, anger is the beginning of madness.
