5 Secrets of being Happy all the time

Reading the title will fill your mind with all sorts of controversy. Being happy all the time? Not possible right. But it's not true, we hold our beliefs so strong that we never think out of the box. In this article let's unfold the secrets of being happy and lively all the time.

1. Don't take yourself too seriously

Are you worried about what your friends might think of you if you said something stupid?
Are you constantly seeking approval from others?
Do you have a fear of losing something or someone?
Then just chill for a while. Stop letting your thoughts get over you. Stop taking yourself too seriously as if everything is about you.

In this age of competition and insecurities, we are constantly working on our goals to be better. Well, it's good to strive hard, what's wrong in achieving your goals right? The wrong starts when you forget why you are working, why there's a hunger in you to strive hard? You need a cheerful life. But can you be happy after getting what you want? For sometime's yes, but that doesn't last forever. So stop worrying about small things, instead, start appreciating them. If you couldn't have control over yourself or said something embarrassing in front of your friends, then it's okay. Don't consume yourself with thoughts like what they will think, or are they judging you. Because the truth is no one is thinking about other people. Everyone is occupied in their tantrums, that even other people might be thinking of seeking approval.

Life is not a dead-end, there are endless opportunities, but what matters is to Enjoy and be Happy.

2. Learn to create the moment

You might have heard from many people to live in the present moment, don't think of anything else while you are doing something. It's all true but does that happen? Are you giving your undivided attention to a particular thing? No, right. It's difficult but possible. Rather than being in the moment or finding them start creating them. It's easy to create something than trying to be fit in a moment.

Happiness is not artificial that you can buy, even if you are successful, you have enough money but from within you're not satisfied and constantly thinking about your work or people, you won't be able to live. What's the use of being rich then if you can't buy happiness for yourself?

Start from your inner self, spend every second of the day as a gift. You don't know which moment can make you feel lively, so don't just survive start living. Be generous and give back to society, who are in need and show them your love, they will love you back unconditionally with blessings.

3. Practice Gratification

Acknowledge each day of your life for the things you have received and express gratitude towards them. Start your day thanking yourself and others for this life. Being content in what you have is essential. Because if you're not happy now, you won't be happy later even if you achieve your target. So start making small changes and appreciate those small victories. Be blessed to have parents and friends in life. Don't compare yourself to others, you will only lose your worth in this process. You are different from others and no one can take your originality from you. We all have to face sadness, anxiety, and depression in life, there are circumstances which will break you down but it doesn't mean you will stop trying and looking out. Search for every good thing in bad, life brings you subtle joy, it's your responsibility to enjoy it to the fullest. Remember there are many people out there who are less fortunate than you and are dreaming to live a life like you.

So be humble and benign towards others, help them if you can.

4. Spend Quality Time

The world is full of humans, to maintain the equilibrium we need to be in tune with our relationships with people. Don't captivate yourself with the negativity and emotions, be outwards towards your feelings, and start expressing them. When you connect with people, it stimulates your brain to be stress-free. You should spend time with your people and family.

Because no matter what, they will be there in your hard times. You can't work all day and get exhausted, then keep repeating the same routine, there are times when we forget to realize for whom we are working so hard. Give some time and get to know other people. Start talking with them and you will find something interesting. You will experience a variety of people with different ideas which you never thought of.

Spend your time with quality people who will nurture you. Negative people can be contagious, so choose your people wisely who motivate you and make you laugh when you are feeling low. Whenever you are around happy people, their emotions are transferred to you and you will be in sync with their moods. So surround yourself with people who will make you feel happy and lively.

5. Exercise well and sleep better

Exercising can help you in building your physical structure and will bring you in shape. It will release the chemicals in your brain like endorphins which are linked with your happiness. This will bring you in mood and is good for relieving stress. You can always see people who workout are less stressed and practical in every situation. Exercising can challenge you and will make you disciplined. This will bring change to your routine.

Studies have proven by conducting experiments on two groups of people. One who exercises regularly and one who doesn't. People who are engaged in exercise are more active and cheerful than people who don't.

One more reason that kills your happiness is the lack of sleep. You work all day long and your body and mind gets tired, it needs rest, cutting off your sleep time for work will add up the pressure and will decrease your productivity leading to frustration. Getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep is necessary for your body. When you are physically active and mentally strong, there's nothing that can break your day.

Happiness starts from you, it remains with you and it ends with you. The choice is yours to either experience life or just exist. Make good choices and start exploring your life because the experience is better than having regret.
