7 effective keys to turn your failure into a massive success

Today let’s together change the definition of failure to merely another opportunity to work on and succeed. Doesn’t this simply make our minds and hearts lighter? That would be so easy on us as one puts in days, nights of work, dedication, emotion and tears, happily waiting for accomplishments. But this motivation is always here to stay that Edison made the successful light bulb after 1000 attempts. We look at failures like a gigantic monster which is waiting to prove us incompetent! And that’s a sheer lie.

When you put in so much of you in one work and it doesn’t result the way you planned, hurts for sure. But holding onto it for long is what is detrimental. Accept the phase and move on to the next try.


1. Accept the situation

The very first thing you should do is, just accept the reality. Do not run from the feeling, accept it. It’s ok! It’s ok to feel low, that’s what is facing the emotions. Running away from it, covering it with a smile might help escaping for the moment but it can haunt you again in the future. So accept it, feel it, analyse the whole thing and find out what made it a fail.

2. Learn from the failures

Understand that failure is an experience, it is for learning only. Be constructive constantly. Analysing every move you performed and concluding the dos and the don’ts for the next project will probably be the future winner. Failures are to learn from, not cry for!

3. You are not a failure, this is just a setback

The very next moment of the failure, it becomes a past. So you can say “I was a failure.” but at the present moment you are defiantly not. Yes accept the lows but do not accept the common emotion that such situation tends to make one feel right away of one being a failure. This will kill your self-confidence and will make it difficult to get back on the project again. This will also then bring pessimism along and skeptic thoughts about one self’s abilities.

4. Do not stick to Failures

It is like a hurdle race. If you miss the first hurdle and waste time mentally sticking to it, will make you miss the next hurdle as well. Ones you miss accomplishment, forget and target the next. Failures are for reference, not for missing!

5. Surround yourself with Optimistic and positive people

These people will have a good impact on your mind with future optimistic thoughts and won’t allow ones inner confident warrior die. These people will listen to you and try not bottling up your feelings, open up in front of them. Also this will give you a positive environment which is very important to rise up.

6. Nurture self-confidence and Target

Improve your self-confidence by recalling all your winning moments. Read some positive and nicely written articles (that’s exactly you are doing). Talk to yourself, commit yourself that you will be stick to your goal and you will achieve it anyhow.

7. Make a powerful re-plan and run

Finally, prepare your mind to come again in the battle ground but with a way better plan and a super strong strategy. This time you will be unstoppable. Put your soul in the process and you will be there. When you put your soul into the work, no one can stop you to succeed!
